Terms of Service

By accessing SecureEye, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the system. Continued use of the system after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

SecureEye is an internal system restricted to authorized personnel of Christdanrey Construction only. You are authorized to use the system solely for legitimate work-related purposes, including:

• Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage for site security purposes
• Uploading, managing, and reviewing site documentation and evidence
• Recording and verifying deliveries, inventory, and allocations
• Reporting and documenting incidents on the construction site
• Performing security reviews and chain-of-custody verifications

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your login credentials or allowing unauthorized individuals to access the system
• Accessing, copying, or distributing evidence and records outside of authorized workflows
• Tampering with, altering, or deleting records without following the two-person authorization process
• Attempting to bypass security controls, audit trails, or legal holds
• Using the system for personal, commercial, or any non-work-related purposes
• Disclosing confidential surveillance footage or evidence to third parties

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
• Immediately notify the Head Engineer if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of the system when not actively using it, especially on shared devices
• Ensure your account information remains accurate and up to date

All actions within SecureEye are logged and auditable. This includes logins, file access, record creation, modifications, deletions, and system configuration changes. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 365 days and may be reviewed by authorized administrators at any time. By using this system, you consent to this monitoring.

All content, software, design, and data within SecureEye — including surveillance footage, site documentation, reports, and system interfaces — are the exclusive property of Christdanrey Construction. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose any part of this system or its content without explicit written authorization.

Christdanrey Construction aims to maintain SecureEye as continuously available as possible. However, the system may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from system downtime.

Access to SecureEye may be suspended or terminated at any time by the Head Engineer or system administrator in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• End of employment or contractual relationship with Christdanrey Construction
• Security incidents or suspected unauthorized access
• Administrative decisions by management

Upon termination, all access rights are immediately revoked and session tokens are invalidated.

Christdanrey Construction reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes upon next login. Continued use of the system after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
